Can I change or cancel an order after it’s been submitted?
Orders are processed within a 24 hours after you submit the order to us, you can cancel or change between those time.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship on other country, we require overseas shipping to be paid before shipping process.

What are my Shipping Options while Shopping Online?
U.S. orders are shipped on FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day or U.S. Postal Service Priority (recommended). Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the items ordered.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check it on My account > Orders.

I forgot my password.
If you have forgotten the password for your account, go to Lost Password, enter your E-mail address in the box, click Submit, and a reset link valid for 30 minutes will be mailed to you. Click the link and you will be redirected to the Reset Password page.
